Based on a study published by Geopost on the purchasing behavior of e-shoppers, 64% of them are ready to change their website to favor others with more sustainable delivery services. In line with this data, the group launched this Monday, June 5, in partnership with a collection of e-retailers, the carbon calculator. Accredited by the Smart Freight Center – a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing emissions linked to the transport of goods – this digital tool will allow Geopost and its customers to measure the carbon emissions of their deliveries in real time in order to implement place reduction actions in the long term.
